Changing Your Mind:

  • Contact Customer Services for a return authorization number (RA).
  • Return within 30 days, with the item in original, saleable condition.
  • Include a reason for return and a copy of the invoice.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Package securely to prevent damage; we're not liable for carrier-caused damage.
  • Restocking fees may apply

Faulty Products:

  • If within warranty, report the fault to Customer Services for repair or replacement instructions.
  • Warranty and repairs are done by manufacturer 

Damage in Transit:

  • Report package damage at delivery time and to Customer Services within 7 days.
  • Used damaged items are deemed accepted and qualify for repair only, not replacement.

Incorrect Items:

  • Report discrepancies within 7 days for return authorization and instructions.

Missing Items:

  • Report missing items within 7 days. Note that back-ordered items are not considered missing.
