Returns & Repairs
Changing Your Mind:
- Contact Customer Services for a return authorization number (RA).
- Return within 30 days, with the item in original, saleable condition.
- Include a reason for return and a copy of the invoice.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Package securely to prevent damage; we're not liable for carrier-caused damage.
- Restocking fees may apply
Faulty Products:
- If within warranty, report the fault to Customer Services for repair or replacement instructions.
- Warranty and repairs are done by manufacturer
Damage in Transit:
- Report package damage at delivery time and to Customer Services within 7 days.
- Used damaged items are deemed accepted and qualify for repair only, not replacement.
Incorrect Items:
- Report discrepancies within 7 days for return authorization and instructions.
Missing Items:
- Report missing items within 7 days. Note that back-ordered items are not considered missing.
